SUNDAY
SCHOOL is as busy as ever. We had a terrific year with church picnic,
Pumpkin carving, apple picking, craft sunday, and Christmas play. We're
saying goodbye to Penny in the new year. After many years of amazing
guidance she will take a deserved rest. Thank you, you are irreplaceable!
In the new year we now look to the annual Vestry meeting. We
could use a couple more on the board but all major offices are filled so
it is safe to attend and not end up with a task!
The ACW gave a substantial annual donation to the parish. We thank this
group not just on ACW Sunday but year round for their determination to
help through fundraising. They have begun a floor fund for the parish hall
so this may be our next big project to paint and floor the building.

SUNDAY SCHOOL First
Communion was held on mothers day for 8 young people in our parish. They
made the Eucharistic bread, performed the readings and a great reception
afterward was enjoyed by all...
COMPANION DIOCESE of BRANDON
Our Deanery formalized a companion relationship with Brandon here at
Epiphany in Advent. We now have the parish cycle of prayer for Brandon in
our Sunday Worship and look forward to a parish relationship.

New Roof! Vestry voted in
favour of seeking bids and
obtaining a loan to re-roof the church and the parish hall. The
roofing began in August between rainy days. It is very attractive. We now
look to some updating of our Parish hall this year.
